I'm all for spontaneous adventures but there's a difference between floating anchored to something sturdy and drifting away.
Life moves fast and unless we pick up our head to see where we're headed, we might end up somewhere we never meant to go.

We've got Valentine's Day in 2 weeks but instead of just focusing on others, can you also focus on yourself?
Self Love is far beyond the manis, massages, and glasses of wine.
Real Self Love is slowing down to listen to your needs and meeting them.
It's tuning into what feels like obligation and instead of just doing it, saying "no" or finding an alternative.

4 Simple Ways to Reconnect with Yourself
While I’ve done countless self inquiry sessions across lotsa modalities and with lotsa teachers, I’ve realized there are 4 core practices that give me the strongest foundation from which to do the deeper work. Without these practices, I get swept up in the chaos forgetting my goals. I lose focus and motivation, and worse, I start listening to those inner gremlins that wanna hold me back and then... I simply stop. moving. forward.
These 4 practices help me very quickly reconnect with myself, easily answer (and solve) all of those questions above, and keep me moving forward (which is really inward, but that'a another email). 😉

I love traveling with my hubby, my kids, my mom and sister, my friends and extended fam… and I also crave being alone. Admittedly, it has been years since I've carved out a solid amount of time alone outside of work travel but hot damn, this time away was really spacious and yummy.
