4 Simple Ways to Reconnect with Yourself

Do you ever ask yourself a version of:

  • I’ve wanted this thing (relationship breakthrough, career move, internal goal) to happen for so long… why am I still stuck?

  • How can I stop feeling so stressed and anxious - how do I find more inner peace?

  • I’ve got big responsibilities and act like everything's good but really, I'm just getting through it and I don't wanna do that anymore.

  • Why do I people please so much?  I know I need boundaries but don't know where to start...

  • Ugh, I overreacted BIG-TIME… what happened?  How can I stop?

  • I’d love to try something new but don’t know how, or if I can…

  • How can I simply have more FUN?

  • The holiday time/that vacation/that gathering was great (or maybe they weren't so great)... how can this next month bring more ease, connection, and joy?

I’ve asked all these questions at different times - sometimes the inquiry takes some time to unfold answers because there's been a lot of conditioning.

While I’ve done countless self inquiry sessions across lotsa modalities and with lotsa teachers, I’ve realized there are 4 core practices that give me the strongest foundation from which to do the deeper work.  Without these practices, I get swept up in the chaos forgetting my goals.  I lose focus and motivation, and worse, I start listening to those inner gremlins that wanna hold me back and then... I simply stop. moving. forward.

These 4 practices help me very quickly reconnect with myself, easily answer (and solve) all of those questions above, and keep me moving forward (which is really inward, but that'a another email). 😉

From that place of strength, not only are mountains easier to climb, but there are a hundred different (gorgeous) paths to take... and maybe I realize I actually wanna climb a different mountain.

Using these 4 practices, I tap into my power, creativity, intellect, and joy, allowing me to play at my edge… and beyond.

While these practices support all of life, this session is focused on finding grounding and harmony during the holidays so you can Easily be your best.
