Yes! 1,001% Yes!

Do you say "yes" only when it feels right for you?  Or are you saying "yes" because you "should" or are on autopilot and always say "yes."

In the hustle and bustle of daily life, it’s easy to fall into the trap of saying yes to everything—whether it’s at work, at home, or with friends.

We often find ourselves agreeing to things we don't truly want to do, things we feel we should do (hello, people pleasers!), things we've always done, or things we think would be "good for us" (hi, achieving perfectionists!).

But today, I invite you to pause and reflect.

What if you only said yes when it was a full body yes? ✨

Research shows that aligning your actions with your true desires leads to greater fulfillment and well-being. A study published in the Journal of Positive Psychology found that individuals who make decisions based on their authentic interests experience higher levels of happiness and life satisfaction. (Ummm yes, please! ✅)

As Sheryl Sandberg wisely said, "The most important thing is to be honest with yourself."

So friend, do you feel exhausted doing so much for others but not yourself?  Do you feel like you're hiding parts of yourself that really want to shine?

Is it time to slow it down, honor your true self and only commit to what feels right to you?

As you go through your day, tune out the world and tune into yourself.

Listen to your body. Listen to your intuition.

And when you have the opportunity to choose (some things might really be obligations), what if you only said yes when it was a REAL full body yes.

And after doing this work for a while, and still practicing my "nos," the truth is, if it's not a full body yes, it's probably a no. ❌

You might not fully trust your yes or no yet, and that’s okay. Even if last week that "thing" was a yes, and this week it's a no, let yourself be in THIS moment and say "no."  With practice, you’ll learn to tune in and recognize what’s truly right for you, conserving your energy for the yeses that truly matter. 💪

Imagine the peace, ease, and joy you can bring into your life with that overflowing energy, one full body yes at a time. 🙌

As always, sending you lotsa love!
