Your goals need MUCH STRONGER backup—willpower isn’t enough ⚡

January feels like it’s been 1,000 days long (not to mention we have kid Valentines to prepare and summer camps to sign up for 🤦‍♀️), and by now, research shows 88% of us have already slipped on even our most heartfelt intentions and goals.

And there’s a reason we’re struggling… It’s not about willpower. It’s about alignment.

The goal isn’t to force yourself into new habits—it’s to become the energy you want to attract. When you do that, the right actions naturally follow.

How? We embrace our deeper wisdom and intuition with our ability to get shi* done. We embrace the feminine and masculine within each of us. 

Four Simple Steps:

  1. Define your frequency - What energy feels like home? What do you want to share with the world this year? Love? Abundance? Peace? Joy? Vibrant Health?

  2. BE the Frequency - What are the actions that bring your energy to life?

  3. Realign daily - Small moments of intention help you course-correct when life pulls you off track.

  4. Create a system - Because remembering on your own? That’s really hard. Build reminders that make it effortless and eventually, normalized.

A Real-Life Example: 
A client of mine, constantly overwhelmed and stressed, wanted to feel more connected to herself—to be the calm in the storm, not caught in the chaos.

So she created small actions to cultivate inner connection and then built a system to make it automatic:
Left her phone outside the bedroom at night to wake up and wind down without screens.
Put a sticky note on the bathroom mirror: “Pause. Breathe. Check-in. Feel.”
Set a 5-minute ‘check-in’ alarm during major transitions in her day to ask: What do I need right now?
Created a simple but powerful affirmation she recited when in moments of overwhelm

Now, instead of getting swept away in the daily rush and other people's energy (which is the norm for all of us!), she has built-in reminders that slow her down and bring her back to her intended frequency of self-connection—without needing willpower.

And the more we practice, the more obvious it is when we’re out of alignment—so we can come back to “home.”
