Your energy is monumental to how you show up in the world. When you feel full of life, you’re basically unstoppable. But when you’re dragging your feet, barely getting through the day? Well, it’s (understandably!) hard to bring your A-game.

First, you need to notice the energy drains. Often, they become background noise in our busy lives. That stack of mail? The unfinished project? The decision you’re putting off? Those are all little leaks. When you pause and consciously notice the things that are nagging at you, it’s like turning the lights on in a room you’ve been walking through in the dark. You see them for what they are—small things that carry a bigger energetic weight.

For the bigger stuff, like deciding if you want to commit to that event or program, don’t let it stew. Every time it comes across your mind, you unconsciously think, "oh I gotta decide about that..." So make the decision, tell the people, and reclaim that energy back!
If you can’t decide right this minute, ask yourself: What’s gonna help me decide? Do you need more info? To sit quietly for a minute? To talk to a friend? A magic 8 ball? Whatever it is, go get it. Move one step closer to a decision and watch your energy come flooding back.
